Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

You must request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or email confirmation.
The product must not show signs of wear, modification, or misuse.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return:

Email us at shadowman.info@shadowmanautomations.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions, including the shipping address.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Partial refunds may be issued if the item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on:

Digital products, software downloads, or license keys
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Products showing signs of use or damage not related to a manufacturing defect

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at shadowman.info@shadowmanautomations.com with your order details.
