Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time may be processed the next business day.

Please allow for extended processing on large orders (50+ devices)

Shipping Rates

Tracking & Delivery

All orders include a tracking number sent via email once shipped.

If your tracking shows the item as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first, then notify us for assistance.
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement if necessary.
Incorrect Shipping Information
