Return Conditions
Must be in original condition, with all packaging and accessories.
Returns showing signs of physical damage, misuse, or modification may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Warranty Returns
All units come with a 1-year limited hardware warranty. If your ShadowBox malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. Simply contact support with your order number and a description of the issue.

Use only secure, trusted networks for syncing sensitive data.
Keep your SMB/network share credentials and configurations up to date.
Firmware or script updates will be available via our secure update channel (instructions included in your package).
