    Return Conditions

    • Must be in original condition, with all packaging and accessories.

    • Returns showing signs of physical damage, misuse, or modification may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

    Warranty Returns

    All units come with a 1-year limited hardware warranty. If your ShadowBox malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. Simply contact support with your order number and a description of the issue.

    To Initiate a Return

    Email us at shadowman.info@shadowmanautomations.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

    Cleaning

    • Gently wipe the enclosure with a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth.

    • Do not use alcohol, solvents, or abrasive cleaners.

    • Avoid getting moisture near the power button or ports.

    Handling

    • Always power off the ShadowBox properly before disconnecting.

    • Avoid dropping, crushing, or exposing the unit to shock or excess vibration.

    • Keep away from extreme heat or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

    Network Use

    • Use only secure, trusted networks for syncing sensitive data.

    • Keep your SMB/network share credentials and configurations up to date.

    • Firmware or script updates will be available via our secure update channel (instructions included in your package).
