Warranty Policy Subscription-Backed Comprehensive Warranty Each USB ShadowBox device is covered under a comprehensive warranty for the full duration of an active subscription. This warranty protects against hardware and electrical failures under normal use conditions. What’s Covered: Manufacturing or material defects, Firmware or embedded system failure, Physical damage from accidental drops or environmental exposure, Electrical damage from power surges or anomalies, limited to the USB ShadowBox device itself ⚠️ Note: This coverage does not extend to any external devices connected to the USB ShadowBox. Shadow Man Automations LLC is not liable for collateral damage to host systems, power sources, or peripherals. Claim Limit: Each USB ShadowBox unit is eligible for one (1) warranty claim per 12-month period under an active subscription. Additional incidents within that period may be eligible for repair or replacement at a discounted service rate. Not Covered: Intentional damage or misuse, Unauthorized modifications or disassembly, Use beyond documented electrical/environmental specs, Claims submitted without an active subscription How to File a Claim: Contact shadowman.info@shadowmanautomations.com with the serial number, description of the issue, and photos (if available). Once validated, you'll receive an RMA number and return instructions. Approved claims will result in a free repair or replacement, including shipping.
